We are looking for an experienced Learning Designer to work with one of our government clients. The following skills and experience is essential:
- Significant experience in leading multi-layered, complex projects that require a high level of collaboration with key stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Significant level of experience in innovative learning design and the development of student-centred digital learning experiences and resources.
- Significant level of experience in providing advice on, and designing, assessments and learning resources against competency standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, independently and as a member of a multi
- disciplined team, exercising a significant level of responsibility.
- Proven experience in planning, controlling, coordinating and decision making for the delivery of concurrent projects and activities within time and budget constraints.
- Knowledge and understanding of copyright legislation and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgment, initiative, and delegated authority in the identification and resolution of complex problems and negotiate for positive outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop digital learning content in a Moodle-based environment or similar learning management system.
**DESIRABLE**
