**Your new company**
This is an insurer that is in hyper growth mode, looking to disrupt the industry by taking the complexity out of insurance so that more Australians can protect themselves and their loved ones. A relatively small organisation based in the CBD, they have a flat hierarchical structure that involves the entire business in strategic decision-making and organisational growth. Everyone is an expert in what they do, and with industry leading products, their aim is to provide customer excellence and make a genuine difference.
**Your new role**
You will be joining the heart and soul of the company, providing first point of contact service to all advisors and clients. This is not your typical call centre role; you will be empowered to complete your allocated work to meet the needs of the clients. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the life insurance operational functions, including but not limited to; servicing adviser and customer requests
- Building key relationships with advisers and support staff
- Product enquiries, quotes and pipeline management.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally insurance experience in a contact centre or client services environment
- If you don't life insurance, you will have other financial services, wealth management or client services experience
- Good stakeholder management skills and experience, as you will regularly be working together with intra-group personnel like underwriting and distribution to service the client needs
- The confidence and communication skills to speak to advisors and clients, and explain complex and sometimes confusing concepts with ease
- Forward-thinking attitude, self-starter, team player and reliable are all key skills for this role.
**What you'll get in return**
- Full-time position paying $70-$75k + super, Monday - Friday hours either 09:00-17:00 or 08:30-16:30
