**Your New Company**:
You will be joining an Australian specialist underwriter, focussing on a variety of specialist insurance products that will see you expand your general insurance expertise They pride themselves on their strong distribution network and direct to customer channels, with the business going from strength to strength with an already huge growth trajectory.
**Your New Role**:
- Handling queries from new and existing customers
- Providing exceptional customer service whilst adhering to strict underwriting guidelines
- Engage in a team environment to support portfolio and company requirements
- Contribute to a culture of compliance, support and professionalism both internally and externally.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
- You will have solid tenure within a contact centre based role, ideally within insurance, financial services or banking
- You may have solid customer service experience face-to-face (i.e. in dealerships, third parties etc) with strong comprehension of insurance products
- Tier 2 General Insurance is highly desirable
- A genuine passion for speaking to customers and being the face of a brand
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment, taking around 50 calls per day

- $60-70k + super depending on experience
- Ability to start at the end of November/ start of December
