**Your New Role**:
This isn’t your average customer service role. They're looking for individuals with a self-starter mentality who want to be part of building a new brand. As the heart of the company you will:

- Be the voice of the company, taking inbound calls and ensuring customers best-in-class experience
- Provide general administrative support, help with policy administration, arrange mid-term adjustments, renewals - and every and any type of customer support queries that come your way
- Educate customers about the value of their brand and offering
- Managing a broad range of customer queries and requests across our various channels: providing a professional and helpful service and effective customer communication.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- If you don't have motor, any other insurance or phone-based financial services experience is preferred
- Your customer-centric and have a strong passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- You bring superb communication and relationship skills - you'll be the sort of person who builds rapport quickly
- PR & Citizen only as this is a full-time permanent role
