Join their team as a Technical Sales Support expert, reporting to the Operations Manager. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing all customer support activities, building strong relationships, and overseeing commercial projects. Collaborate with the production team, strategize to boost market share, and make a lasting impact on our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a safe work environment for the production team
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Provide technical information and support to customers
- Resolve conflicts and concerns between customers and the production team
- Implement growth strategies and initiatives to expand market share
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager on marketing and advertising practices
- Work with the Business Development Manager to improve business outcomes
- Coordinate with the Production Manager on scheduling and capacity

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales/customer service, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent methodical, planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent computer skills ideally with experience working with production/CRM systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
