**In this role, you will**
- Develop and grow a network of potential employers by attending networking events and employer forums
- Gather information and maintain accurate records relating the each case
- Work towards achievable placement KPIs. Person centred and outcomes focused.

**_ What will make you successful:_**
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation, employment placement, labour market or a recruitment environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion to help people
- Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to work and thrive within a KPI environment
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline are valuable but not essential.
