Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in sites across QLD for Employment Consultants. The Employment Consultant will be responsible for providing job coaching, career counseling, and job search strategies. They will also manage cases and provide accompaniment to support to our aspirants in their employment journey whilst assisting in addressing their barriers to employment. Consultation with employers to understand their workforce needs and match them with suitable candidates will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Skills in job coaching and career counseling
  • Proficiency in job search strategies and case management
  • Experience in providing accompaniment and support to aspirants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
  • Experience in working with First Nation communities is a plus
