We're currently working on a number of roles for our clients in the Employment Services & Community Services sectors with active Employment Services divisions who are looking to add to their teams

These roles are

These roles are hands-on service delivery and community engagement roles connecting people with eligible services under the Workforce Australia, Jobs Victoria, and DES contracts.

Additionally, Recruitment or BD roles will focus on business development and placing job seekers into suitable employment opportunity and promoting services to employers.

Depending on the role, current priorities will include servicing clients and customers, ongoing support of clients, creating referral networks, client engagement, marketing and community engagement, business development and employer engagement, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:

- Strong customer-centric and customer service focus, being a listener, and the ability to engage with, empower, and mentor customers/clients.
- Proven experience working within the Employment Services, Community Services, or Recruitment sectors will be highly regarded - however transferable skills from complementary sectors **will** also be considered.
- Community engagement and the desire to be out and about and connecting people to suitable services.
- A genuine desire to support and move people forward.
- An understanding of the labour market and the experiences that may be affecting those who are long term unemployed when looking for work.
- Experience working with people to assist them better their life experiences, for example through further training and education, work trials and employment opportunities.
- Keen organisational and communication skills.
- Capable of being attentive and timely with administrative tasks.
- The ability to work towards regular KPIs, targets and/or deadlines.
- The ability to work autonomously within a team environment.

**ADDITIONAL BENEFITS**:

- Base salaries will range from $60-80k depending on company and full salary packages will vary based on company benefits and offerings.
- We are working with not-for-profit organisations, and some companies are able to pass on salary sacrificing benefits.
- Some roles may also include car allowance or company car (for dedicated management or business development related roles - please inquire).
