As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and provide technical support and development.
**Position Overview**:
As the HVAC Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing a team of 5-6 HVAC Technicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and support to clients. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the team to enhance their skills and performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC Technicians, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing technical support and guidance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Provide technical training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new technicians as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and equipment maintenance to ensure adequate supplies and optimal performance of HVAC systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any technical inquiries or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of8 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay: $110,390.67 - $145,970.02 per year
