**Proposals Coordinator**

As a result of our significant growth and 90% of FY23 work-in-hand is already secured, Georgiou has an exciting opportunity for a Proposals Coordinator to be a part of our ongoing success and work closely with our Senior Proposals Coordinator and wider Pre-Contracts Team to support our NSW business unit. You will coordinate time-critical activities and related administrative functions to ensure our proposals are compliant, submitted on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Based in our North Sydney office, you will be trusted to:

- Assist in the assessment of client requirements, development of compliance and responsibilities matrixes
- Coordinator key proposal activities and prepare proposal schedules and the final response in line with Georgiou’s policies and standards.
- Lead the client communications distribution in our SharePoint’s Document Management System
- Create and maintain tendering resources and provide support to the Pre-Contracts Team where required

You will be the opportunity to build a strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels within the company in this newly created opportunity. Our Pre-contracts team is knowledgeable, details attentive and always ready to go out of their way to help each other and roll up their sleeves to drive positive outcomes.

**What you’re good at**:
Aside from having proven project administration experience, you should be a self-starter, team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver/formulate large documents with an eye for details. Someone with:

- Sound PC skills with Advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills to meet strict, conflicting deadlines
- Sound interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication
- Previous experience preparing proposals/tender submissions in a construction environment.
- Completion of a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
