Due to recent growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen and we are currently seeking a
Proposal Specialist
to join our Sales Team and support the development of proposals for our Infrastructure Solutions business. You will provide support to bid teams to present professional, articulate, and compelling proposals to prospective clients. You will work with a diverse team of highly regarded people who are committed to ensuring we remain key contributors to delivering projects and growing the business. In keeping with our flexible working policy, the
location is flexible across Australia
Reporting into the National Sales Operations Manager you will have the responsibility of the coordination and management of proposal development and assist in the coordination of proposal production, ensuring the integrity of all documentation. The role will allow for room to grow beyond proposals by supporting Sales Leads in positioning and capture based activities.
Who are you?
As an individual you are responsible, have an eye for detail, organised, high initiative, enthusiastic, professional, and committed. You have advanced writing and editing skills, the ability to write new content and an excellent understanding of benefits, features, advantages, and differentiators as they pertain to client requirements.
**You will also have the following skills & experience**:
Tertiary qualifications (ideally
English/journalism/communications
or related field)
Minimum 5 years’ direct proposal development experience
APMP Foundation certification an advantage or willingness to work towards accreditation
Experience in a similar role and ability to demonstrate understanding of industry best practices
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Basic Visio skills
