For the service technician role, we have all the training you need in house, no prior trade experience is required. You’ll need to be ready to join a team of like-minded high achievers, where no two days are ever the same.

**What the role looks like**:
Ever been in a role that you feel you are thrown in the deep end and told to swim? We have a thorough onsite training program to get a great understanding of our operation, product and have fun along the way.
- Provide outstanding customer service and learn key business skills.
- Solving problems and resolving issues onsite and on the phone for our customers.
- Working within a high performing team with a winner’s attitude.
- Go to person for all things tech related.
- Work alongside a supportive team.
- Leadership and development training.
- Undertaking new product installations.
- Helping sell smart add-ons and upgrades to customers with existing systems.
- Being a part of the manufacturing and assembly process.
- Providing handover services to customers with new systems.

Company car will be provided for travel.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
