Are you a dedicated Automotive Technician ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for you**

Castle Hill Hyundai is in search of a qualified Automotive Technician to join our team and be part of our commitment to excellence. Hyundai qualified technicians are preferred, but we also welcome certification from other manufacturers.

We believe that a 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential. Our team works together to achieve this, and we provide ongoing training to help you stay ahead in your field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles to the highest standards
  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Mentoring junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Always ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and safety
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and service techniques
  • Providing advice and recommendations to customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Delivering excellent customer service by providing clear and professional communication regarding repairs and services

Key Qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • Qualified Automotive Technician
  • Hyundai qualifications: preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
  • Team player with excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
  • A current driver's licence
