Industry leader, Renew Solutions has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Technician to join their expanding team

**About the Opportunity**

As Service Technician you will successfully undertake activities pertaining to the delivery of onsite service programs and maintenance management plans for spill and stormwater assets. In addition, you will seek new opportunities for service agreements by building on existing relationships and identifying new customers.

Based in Pendle Hill, you will deliver market growth along the Eastern seaboard (QLD, NSW, Vic). Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager you will be responsible for the site servicing activities of the company.

As the Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

- Providing service and customer support during field visits
- Managing site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determine solutions
- Undertaking regular maintenance work
- Planning and scheduling site works with clients
- Undertaking all required reporting through all Renew platforms
- Completing spill kit servicing activities
- Understanding a product’s functionality and figuring out a way to resolve issues
- Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer
- Assisting the sales department with quoting and product delivery
- Providing technical expertise on the Renew suite of products and services

**About You**

You will have a proven track record in servicing work and/or be keen to learn. It would be great if you had experience in the environmental sector or had knowledge of spill management or wastewater management, but this is not essential. Workplace training will be provided.

An ability to quickly build rapport, identify customer problems and design solutions is critical. You will need a driver's licence and be prepared to undertake some interstate travel from time to time.

A Service Technician will benefit from the following education and qualifications:

- Attainment or pursuance of a degree in business, engineering or science
- Trade certificate of relevant practical mechanical engineering experience
