Our innovative products and services are changing the game in the energy sector, and we're looking for passionate Energy Solutions consultants to join our team at HQ at Castle Hill and help us spread the word.

As an Energy Solutions Consultant with Smart Energy Answers, you'll have the opportunity to:

**About You**:
You must have a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client oriented, a terrific presenter, great and communicator, and a dynamic closer. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients and communicate effectively and with confidence. You believe you can be the greatest at almost everything you do and have the numbers to show it.

You will be responsible for qualifying, quoting and closing new residential clients to secure revenue targets. You will also have:

- 3+ years of experience in a successful sales journey (Solar industry will be a great +)
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a thrust to be always #1
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong negotiation and problem solving and skills.
- A great team player

**Our Offer**

An OTE of $180,000 + per annum - Base wage negotiable (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses for your efforts on exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
