**About the role**

You'll be supporting the essential food services industry as a filleter-seafood processor and assisting throughout the shop Monday to Saturday starting at 6 am.

**Duties**
- Daily inspection of the workplace
- The organizing and planning of the stock
- Completing jobs on time and ensuring safety on a job site.
- Being a supportive team member

**Skills and Experience**
- Experienced required as a filleter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude
