**Duties**:

- Prepare seafood by skinning, trimming, washing, gutting, filleting, shucking, cooking, preserving or canning fish, shellfish and molluscs
- Operate machinery that will slice peel, skin and crumb seafood
- Count and pack prepared seafood
- Load seafood products into trucks
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

**Requirements**:

- Hold full Working Rights in Australia (essential)
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Be physically fit to conduct fast paced, manual labour

**Hourly Rates**:

- Level 1 $28.48

**Shifts**:
**30 to 38 hours, weekdays between 5am to 2pm
