Experience in Fish and Chip Operation, Frying, Grilling, Crumbing and Fish filleting etc

Taking Orders, Payments, Communicating with customers, co-workers and the kitchen

Handling feedback, Resolve customer complaints promptly

Follow processes and procedures, adhere to food hygiene and WH&S standards

Upselling and promoting store product and business

Ethical management of cash, cash register and POS system, perform end of day till closing.

Delivering exceptional service and maximizing customer experience and satisfaction

Work with the Store Supervisor on new promotions, marketing ideas, product discount, review policies and procedures.

Staff training and compliance with internal policies and procedures

Proactively manage stock filling in the shelves and organising

Proactively manage cleanliness around the store, dusting of store items and shelves, cleaning of floors etc

- 1. Consistent/ Fixed work days/hours

2. Above Market rates depending on experience.

3. Friendly work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
