Seafood Specialist

Bidfood Australia is fishing for a Seafood Specialist to join the team of enthusiastic food lovers at our Gipps Street office in Collingwood.

This role will be covering North West Victoria. We're looking for people who love the foodservice world, enjoy building genuine connections and get a buzz out of helping hospitality businesses grow.

About the Role

This role is about more than just seafood sales – it's about becoming a trusted part of your customers' businesses. You'll work closely with a mix of foodservice operators, from restaurants and pubs to cafés, clubs and wet fish retailers, taking time to understand their needs and support their success. You'll report to the National Sales Manager - Seafood and work within a high-performing, purpose-driven team.

In this role, you'll spend your time:

• Visiting customers across your region, building strong, lasting relationships

• Recommending tailored seafood solutions from our high-performing product range

• Supporting chefs and operators with menu planning, portioning and stock control

• Collaborating with account managers and your national seafood teammates

• Staying across sustainable sourcing and seasonal supply dynamics

• Spotting growth opportunities and helping customers run smarter, stronger businesses
