We’re nimble and responsive, creating opportunities for our great people to realise their career goals, or simply be part of a great team where they belong. **What Will You Be Doing?** - Processing customer order requirements or PFD product specifications - Basic filleting and portioning on a variety of bony fish - Ensuring fish is adequately iced and labelled with correct storing process - Clean, maintain and replenish Cool Room/Chiller and Freezer (eg: stacking shelves) - Operation of labelling, sealing, cleaning and/or vacuuming machines. - Comply with all legislative requirements and QA procedures **What You Need to Succeed**: - Ability to process a different variety of fish species - Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience - Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products - Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands - Exceptional attention to detail - Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift - Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular We are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).
