**About You**:
- Exceptional customer service focus with a can do attitude and a sales mindset
- Leadership of the team, mentoring and encouraging your team to perform to their best in every situation and live the brand culture at all times
- Excellent presentation and communication as well as strong organisational skills
- Confidence in presenting to clients and showcasing your knowledge of the product
- Creativity in marketing and sales generation, social media experience
- Stock and labour cost control experience
- Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
