Your Role

As our Venue Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping The Embassy's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership with Heart: Recruit, train, and guide a new team driven by a shared passion for exceptional service.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves with a sense of joy and a desire to return.
• Seamless Operations: Manage bookings, staffing, and daily operations to establish a smooth and memorable experience.

• Team Development: Inspire and mentor your team, nurturing their growth and commitment to hospitality.

The Role in Action

As Venue Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of this operation – the person who ensures every detail is executed to perfection, from the way Champagne is sabered tableside to the precision of wine service in Riedel stemware. You'll orchestrate the flow of the dining room, bar, and rooftop spaces while ensuring our private cellar dining experiences run seamlessly. This is not a "back-office" management role – you'll be visible, present, and part of the guest journey.

You have proven experience managing multi-faceted venues, from fine dining to vibrant bars, and you thrive in environments where excellence is the baseline. You'll bring strong financial and operational acumen, but more importantly, you'll carry the 'service gene' – an instinct to care for guests, anticipate their needs, and inspire your team to do the same.

Working Hours

• Schedule: The Embassy operates from Tuesday to Saturday. As the Venue Manager, you will be expected to work during these days, including evenings, to ensure the smooth operation of the venue.
• Hours: This is a full-time position. Flexibility is required to accommodate peak service times and special events.
