Hamptons City Beach is looking for experienced, motivated hospitality professional to join our team.

Minimum 3 years' experience managing a similar-sized hospitality venue required.

We need a Venue Manager with a passion for food, wine, service, and the personality to lead and support both front and back of house staff.

Key responsibilities include staff rostering, stock management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and an engaging personality.

Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Strong financial acumen, proven team leadership abilities, and proficiency with hospitality POS systems essential.

Remuneration will be based on successful applicant's experience.
