Based in Clarence Gardens this is a terrific opportunity to work as part of a team to ensure smooth delivery of ECH services.
**The roles**
Playing a vital role within the organisation, an ECH Scheduling Officer is responsible for scheduling services for clients whilst keeping up with the demands of a constantly emerging organisation. In these fast paced and highly rewarding roles, all team members delight our clients with exceptional customer service.
**_ In
- home Scheduler_**
In this role, you will work in consultation with the Senior Scheduler and the Home Service Lead, to ensure we provide an engaging and positive experience through excellent customer service and efficient scheduling practices. Shifts are rostered between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
**_ Clinical Scheduler_**
This role is more autonomous, suited to individuals with previous experience in a medical environment and requires you to be responsible for the scheduling and referral management of our Allied Health professionals, Nurses and General Practitioner. Shifts are rostered between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensure client services are scheduled in a timely manner, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources, according to our clients needs and locations.
- Provide timely notification to clients in relation to alterations to schedules where necessary.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure annual/sick/other leave is effectively managed to ensure clients are not impacted.
- Achieve results in a skilled, diverse and engaged manner that positively responds to change and deadlines.
- Performing administration and reporting activities, to ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

- Highly developed organisational skills

- A high level of computer literacy and is comfortable with a range of software packages

**You will need**
- A sound knowledge of Adelaide suburbs and their proximity to each other and/or the ability to use information technology resources to determine the most efficient travel routes for staff
- A sound understanding of administrative office systems and customer service practices.
- A demonstrated** genuine** commitment to helping older ageing people retain their independence so they can remain at home in the community
***It’d also be helpful if you had**:
- A **current **Police Check
- Experience and/or knowledge of Home Care Packages

**The salary for these positions is $49,239 - $50,249, dependant on qualifications and experience**
