**We’re Hiring: Receptionist - Join Our Friendly Retirement Village Team**

Are you warm, professional, and great with people? We are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our vibrant Retirement Village.

Location: Richfield Village - Aspendale Gardens

Employment Type: Part-time

Hours: 9am to 3pm

Competitive hourly rate + friendly team environment

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, your role is key to creating a warm, helpful and efficient environment. You’ll be answering phones, greeting guests, assisting with resident enquiries, and providing general administrative support.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet residents and visitors with a smile
- Answer calls and manage front desk enquiries
- Assist with basic administration and data entry
- Help coordinate bookings and resident activities
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous reception or admin experience preferred
- Confident with Microsoft Office and phone systems
- A calm and compassionate manner
- Genuine interest in supporting older adults

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
