**About the role**
We are experiencing rapid growth in South Australia and are seeking to employ a Sales & Marketing Manager at our office in Clarence Gardens. Reporting to the State Manager in SA, the role will work closely with our existing sales team and customers to increase the footprint of the local business in order to further increase sales in the region. The position would suit those ready to take the next step in their career or those wanting to make their own mark.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
1. Development and implementation of successful sales strategy and tactics for major accounts (both existing and new) and the future growth of APS Industrial.
2. To prepare and supervise such marketing and advertising plans as the Company may require;
3. To use best endeavours to ensure that potential clients of the business are of sufficient credit worthiness to contract with the Company;
4. To keep up to date with trends and developments affecting the Electrical Market.
5. To deploy successful sales strategy and tactics for the future growth with key accounts and target markets.
6. Contribute to the profitable growth of the business.

8. Operate ethically and with integrity and do business ‘the right way’.
9. Conduct duties in accordance with the law of Australia and APS Industrial policies and procedures.
10. Present regular reports as the Company may require.
11. Assist the State Manager as required from time to time.
12. Other tasks as directed.

Experience and Pre-Requisites
13. Familiarity with Excel & Word.
14. Industry or similar job experience.
15. Familiarity with the sales process including face to face customer sales.
16. Familiarity with an integrated business management software package.
17. Exposure to Electrical and or electronic parts and components.
18. Familiarity with basic office procedures and processes.
19. Familiarity with office equipment.
