Role: Appointment Setter (Remote, Australia)
We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is a
remote, full-time position
where you'll play a key role in engaging warm leads, qualifying them, and locking in high-quality appointments for our clients' sales teams.
You'll be speaking with Australian households who've already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions. Your role is to build trust, provide clear communication, and make sure appointments are scheduled seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Connect with inbound and warm leads over the phone, SMS, and email
- Qualify prospects using set criteria and ensure they're ready for a consultation
- Schedule appointments directly into client calendars and CRM systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, leaving a great first impression
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise show-up rates and sales opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
appointment setting or lead generation
(solar experience highly regarded) - Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first approach
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle objections confidently
- Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
- Team player who can collaborate remotely with our Australian-based team
- Sales or call-centre background (2+ years preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the
solar or renewable energy industry - Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
