We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our **Melbourne City Volkswagen** team.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who understands the importance of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our highly valued customers, either in person or over the phone. This exciting position goes beyond the role of **Receptionist / Concierge** as it requires you to give service beyond expectations to all our valued customers.

**About the role**:

- Permanent Full-Time role
- Handling daily inbound calls and redirecting calls to relevant individual/department
- Co-ordinate service and test drive bookings for customers
- Providing showroom support for the vehicle sales team and helping provide a concierge function for all visitors.
- Act as the key liaison with our regular suppliers to ensure smooth site operations
- Regularly scan and file service-related documentation for audit purposes.
- General site administration support as required

**Do you have?**
- Previous experience in reception or a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong IT skills
- A positive and dynamic customer-centric orientation and the ability to multi-task
- High standards of personal grooming and a high level of “we before me” attitude
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A current Australian driver’s license
