Marketing Analyst

**Overview**:

- The purpose of the B2B Marketing Analyst role is to support the Marketing Support Team (GBS) and wider B2B Marketing Squad, providing clear business performance information to facilitate the delivery of business objectives.
- The B2B Marketing Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the B2B Marketing Support team through target audience curation & segmentation, along with the creation and on-going management of campaign & business performance reporting.
- Further to this the B2B Marketing Analyst will assist in exposing opportunities and insights to aid in continuous improvement driving further business value, improved compliance, and customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:

Campaign Management:
- Play a leading role in developing, collating and pulling campaign audiences for B2B Marketing campaigns.
- Working with Sales and Brand Marketing teams on future opportunities to enhance BP’s offering to our B2B

customers.- Work closely with Brand, Business Development and Sales teams to deliver data-driven campaigns where

required.Business Analytics and Reporting:
- Lead the development and on-going management of performance reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with the Marketing Support Team & B2B Squad to forecast future campaign and commercial

performance, cost and ROI.- Work with the Marketing Support team to provide written commentary on performance, gathering insights both

internally and externally.- Translate data and analysis into written reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Interpreting results and enable business to leverage the results to maximise value.
- Translate data and reporting into insights enable the business/CRM marketing team to make informed decisions.
- Identify additional opportunities to optimize and further leverage BPs data and segmentation.
- Assist the BP marketing team with technical needs where appropriate.
- Form effective working relationships with third party partners and internal stakeholders to improve operational

performance.HSSE Responsibilities:

- Adhere to all policies and procedures aimed at protecting their health and safety.
- Use any equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Ensure appropriate housekeeping and tidiness of their work areas.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Tertiary degree in Business, Statistics, Business Systems or a related discipline
- Previous experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft Suite are considered highly advantageous.
- 2+ years of commercial campaign or marketing analytics experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing business/commercial performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data/trends into actional insights reporting those back to wider marketing team.
- Ability to work in a large global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Experience working within or alongside data-driven marketing teams.
- Experience with MarTech platforms such Adobe and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understand of big data and how to translate that into a CRM or data strategy.
- Attention to detail around data briefs, data security and performance reporting.
- Ability to focus effort and priorities work to deliver business value.
- Challenges traditional thinking and demonstrates openness to new ideas and approaches.
- Self-motivated, driven and proactive, with the ability to comfortable within a team/squad environment and if needed on their own while delivering to agreed timeframe
