**The role**

Due to an internal promotion we have a permanent opportunity for a Performance Analyst - Financial Products to join our team. Working collaboratively within a team and reporting to the Head of Performance, you will work to track performance and generate insights about the drivers of Financial Products marketing and sales performance. This will include building knowledge of market trends, competitors and customers for the existing Financial Product portfolios of Pet, Travel, Life, Motor and Home insurance.

A natural communicator with great attention to detail, you have demonstrated experience turning large disparate data into actionable management information and insights and have excellent written and verbal skills which you employ to communicate these insights.

You are self-motivated with a positive attitude and have demonstrated project management skills to meet deadlines and communicate with a range of stakeholders across the business.

This incredible human will have a minimum 3 years' experience of professional analytics as well as demonstrated technical experience using:

- SQL (SAS/BigQuery)
- Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Tableau / Power BI
- Python or R
