Rising Connection Pty Ltd is a specialist provider of professional commercial grade wireless electronic solutions for diverse industry groups across Australia. The team is comprised of industry specialists who, with their channel partners, provide exceptional support to System Integrators throughout the Security Surveillance, Audio Visual & Lighting, Engineering, Construction, Mining and Industrial sectors.
And we've been assigned the task of finding an exceptional individual to join them as their Sales Lead.
**Who are you?** Well, firstly do people generally describe you as:
- A quick learner and commercially savvy;
- Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
- Very goal driven and energetic;
- Self-confident but not overbearing;
- Someone who enjoys meeting with business-owners and ICT decision-makers;
- A creative and adaptable thinker;
- Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations when needed;
- Good under pressure;
- Resilient;
- Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;
- Good at reading both people - and the facts; and
- Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well organised way
If they do and you have 3+ years' experience in B2B technology solution sales (ideally in communications and wireless... but we're open to other experiences), then **we'd be keen to meet**.
**The gig**
This is a classic solution-sales role in that it involves sourcing leads, qualifying them, undertaking discovery sessions to identify qualified opportunity, building a systems integration road map... and from there selling communications and wireless technology (hardware, software and services) to businesses of all types, although preferable mid-market i.e. 100-1,000 seats. You'll take ownership of all things sales, working alongside the Marketing Lead.
It's currently a solo role but will, over time, see you building and leading a team nationally.
You'll be backed by a very capable tech team and an incredibly experienced business owner in Marcus Dowling.

**The role attracts a six-figure base, with a genuine OTE of $200K, uncapped.**
**BONUS** If you land this gig, we will pay for you to undertake a 6-week "Prospecting Outbound Workshop", facilitated by Australia's leading expert in social-selling, Mark Mcinnes. He will help you absolutely fill your pipeline using the latest methods that buyers actually appreciate.
