**Objectives**:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) achieves success at OCR Lab’s through the development and execution of a lead conversion and qualification including outbound sales calls. You will need to exceed their own targets set by management and hence enable the company to achieve its year-on-year growth targets.
The SDR will be responsible for the development and execution of a SDR plan to generate both new qualified opportunities and outbound reach for leads and qualified opportunities then passing them over to the sales team to follow up.
The SDR will work closely with the sales team, marketing and customer success teams develop, actively manage, and progress these leads to qualified opportunities simultaneously through the lead pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Making 80+ outbound reaches daily
- Creative outbound prospecting
- Leveraging sales tools such as LinkedIn Navigator to network with potential customers
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
- Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face everyday
- This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Head of Sales & Partnerships
- You value in-the-moment coaching, weekly one on ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success
- Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings
- Use solution sales techniques to initiate interest to convert leads
- Develop a deeper understanding of target clients through defined sales methodologies, industry research and discovery meetings.
- Collaborate with our Global SDR teams.
- Respond to requests from customers for information in a timely manner.
- Provide management with accurate forecast of the activity of your pipeline and sales opportunities. Manage and track customer and transactional information in the Salesforce CRM system.
**Core Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software sales, in a pipeline, lead generation and qualification role.
- Ability to manage multiple leads whilst engaging with outbound reach to ensure there are enough qualified opportunities in the funnel
- Experience with Fraud Prevention, Digital Identity, Identity Compliance such as eKYC for AML/CTF, Cybersecurity or Credit Risk, Products and Services.
- Experience with using programs such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn Navigator.
- Consistent overachievement of goals/KPI’s.
- A ‘hunter’ that understands the customer's needs to ensure that converting leads to opportunities for long-term customer success.
- Willing to get creative, possessing a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Excellent communicator able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- First and foremost a team player that understands, we are stronger as a team.
**KPIs**:
- Achievement against quota as per commission plan
- Achievement of goals as set by Management
Reports to: VP of Sales and Partnerships APAC
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
