**Business Development Representative**

**The role**:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner closely with our SMB and Enterprise Account Executives to drive large, qualified sales opportunities across APAC for the GoTo solutions. The BDR will gain business experience and career development at a world class SaaS company with a clear career path for significant growth and earning potential.

**Your Day to Day as a BDR**:

- ** Proactive Lead Generation / Inbound Lead follow up** - You will respond to incoming marketing qualified leads in-line with industry best practice and company KPI’s with the objective of booking customer discovery calls and software demonstrations
- ** Effective Discovery Calls** - You will engage key stakeholders to generate interest in LastPass that result in qualified leads and opportunities
- ** Lead Conversion** - you are an important part of our APAC growth strategy and will be accountable for meeting lead conversion rates that deliver sales opportunities for our sales team.
- ** Team Collaboration** - working with the BDR and Account Executive teams to develop market specific campaigns, align on prospecting outreach strategies, call lists and lead follow up

**As a BDR, your background will ideally look like**:

- Ideally 6-12 months technical/SaaS sales experience in a similar role OR outbound sales experience and a keen interest in tech
- Self-motivated, persistent and organised
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder and a strong sense of curiosity
- Comfortable with a high level of daily outbound calling activity
