**As the Consultant Product Owner at NAB, you will**
- Drive world class, simple and intuitive experiences within digital channels, to partner collaboratively with other areas of the organisation and enable delivery of prioritised digital features and innovation.
- Represent the voice of the customer and implement the vision and roadmap for a product/set of features by translating the strategy into executable solutions, and prioritising and shaping digital initiatives that will deliver to domain objectives.
- Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories.
- Work within cross functional teams comprising of developers, business analysts, architects, and designers to execute prioritised initiatives which will deliver on the digital channel roadmap.
- Build trusted and influential relationships with episodic domain teams to join the dots across the enterprise.
- Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success & learnings.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Digital Product Owner, or any other Agile Delivery role.
- Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieved the intended outcomes.
- Proven track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.
- Experience working in an agile environment and with the human-centred design approach.
- Customer Impact: considers customer needs and actions, adds value for the customer.
- Demonstratable business acumen by understanding business drivers, and having financial & commercial orientation.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and use influence.
