What you'll be doing

As a Digital Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative digital products that seamlessly integrate user experience, engineering excellence, and business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders, to gather, analyse, and document requirements for cutting-edge digital products.
  • Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with user and business goals.
  • Translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Defining and mapping end-to-end customer journeys, with a focus on improving digital touchpoints and experiences.
  • Driving the adoption of digital best practices and standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and products.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner, particularly in designing and delivering digital-first solutions.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and crafting user stories and wireframes for digital products.
  • A deep understanding of digital ecosystems, including web applications and cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on driving quality and delivering exceptional outcomes.
