As a **Consultant Product Owner**, for the **GenAI Program,** in **Data Strategy Execution**, you will
- Partner with business units to identify and prioritise GenAI use cases that deliver genuine value for experimentation and broader pilot/scaled rollout
- Lead 1-2 squads of multi-disciplinary colleagues who are passionate about GenAI and have an inquisitive mindset along with ensureing the squads are across the product vision, roadmap, goals, plans and expectations
- Support the squads to define and plan work, to achieve the prioritised use cases / business outcomes whilst complying with processes regarding quality controls, communicating progress, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the business and technology to coordinate delivery of these initiatives Represent the voice of the customer / colleagues
- to ensure the GenAI outcomes are fit for purpose and achieve the target outcomes, and coordinate delivery and interdependencies across the BU and GenAI Platform
- Proactively identify and escalate impediments, creating a culture of transparency and an environment of safety and trust

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Consultant, Product Owner role, preferably in financial services, coupled with a passion for Generative AI
- Proven knowledge and experience in product management and banking along with expertise in risk, technology or commercial disciplines preferred
- Experience working within scaled agile delivery and expertise in project management & change execution
- Experience with software and product development lifecycle
- Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams; and comfortable in facilitating conflict resolution activities and conversations when required
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and capabilities; along with proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
