The Product Owner - Digital will have a leading role within the delivery squad, taking responsibility for the life-cycle of a product from inception through to development, launch & support. In this role, the Product Owner - Digital will have significant ability to influence ING's digital capability, working across leading and progressive digital strategic projects that will have a meaningful impact for our customers.

You'll be the central point for analysing and managing requests from internal business stakeholders, external vendors, taking ownership for the agreed solution and manage the delivery process including development tasks, data and other inputs necessary to resolve problems, communicate business solutions and document new processes.

**What you'll do**
- Maximise business value through ordering and prioritising the product backlog features and stories
- Work on the mobile app and online banking feature roadmaps and deliver as per the roadmap milestones
- Own and share in both the product or service vision and the product roadmap on behalf of all business stakeholders
- Work closely with the Digital and Delivery team, to ensure that the team understand the product backlog and can effectively plan for sprints
- Deepen the teams knowledge of customer needs, motivations, and behaviour to influence designs that contribute to a rewarding customer experience

**What we're looking for**
- 3-5 years' experience working across digital products in a complex technology based agile environment
- Strong knowledge in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes
- Experience working within the financial services domain (highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
