**YOUR ROLE**

Join IAG as a Digital Product Owner and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic digital initiatives. Lead a matrix team in driving the transformation of the claims portfolio, including rolling out a new system interfacing with the contact centre and engaging with third-party builders for property repairs. This high-profile piece of work involves managing complexity with multi-vendor and multi-team engagement in the early stages. You'll have the opportunity to shape the role, build a new team, and drive significant change management efforts. Your expertise in broader digital experience space and experience working in technology implementation will be critical as you collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technology partners to bring technology changes to life, ensuring exceptional business outcomes in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time 24-month secondment opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to our IAG office locations in Australia, with a preference for Sydney.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:

- Guiding the product vision and capability roadmap for digital and technology changes aligned to business and customer experience objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on defining and tracking key product performance indicators and success metrics.
- Understanding of market trends and analysis of performance insights to inform product roadmap.
- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, prioritisation and negotiating trade-offs to expedite the delivery of business value.
- Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of Agile ways of working and uplifting capability and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary, matrix team environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and senior level executives.
