**We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running. Based in one of our new, beautifully-presented Metro-West display homes, you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door.**
**Sell beautiful new homes with innovative designs. Build respectful relationships. Develop your pipeline with an award-winning brand.**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Manor Lakes display center
- Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
- Deal with online and phone enquiries
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
- Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; and
- Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.

- Strong digital and phone enquiry skills/experience
- Positive, can do attitude with a need to win
- Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
- Exceptional networking and customer service skills
- You will have a passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services
- Well developed organizational and client management capabilities; and
**Full time role, Saturday to Wednesday.**
**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
