In this role you will be the primary interface between the medical professionals and their clients to facilitate effective communication and deliver a timely responsive service.

Part Time - Monday, Thursday and alternate Wednesdays

Temporary ongoing assignment to commence early November

Duties will include:

- Management of in-bound telephone calls
- Coordinating client visits
- Administrative / Office support
- Diary management of workflows
- Management of client medical summaries

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 3-4 years in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills, ability to multi-task
- Excellent presentation
