The Company

This company is one of the hottest start-ups in the world, having launched in 2019, they are used today by hundreds of thousands of cryptocurrency investors, accountants and enterprises.

Additionally, some of the largest Crypto Exchanges in the world have partnered with them to enable tax reporting to their users.

With a very clear product-market fit, they have launched offices in London, Australia and Canada with more to come. Having grown 15x in the past 12 months creating a globally distributed user base They have very aggressive expansion plans to build the category defining company.

The Role

They are looking for a technically minded Customer Support Representative to join the support team where your goal will be to delight, educate, and help their users utilise the platform to its full potential.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience working within customer support (preferably in a SaaS environment)
- A genuine passion for all things crypto
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Extremely organised with a high attention to detail
- Great technical problem solving abilities
- Open to new and unexpected challenges and changes
- Must be Tech-savvy and keen to learn and develop yourself
