**The Company**
Our client are pioneers for health and wellness services in the workplace. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team They have beautiful offices close to public transport & offer a supportive working environment in which you can progress and develop within the role.

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing inbound calls in relation to customer inquiries
- Booking appointments
- **Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating roster from 7:00am - 7:00pm**:
- **Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation**
**You**
As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
- **Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role**:
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal & written
- Problem solving skills
- An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
