PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a company based in Emu Plains who are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their welcoming and friendly team. This key role will require excellent customer service to key clients and customers.

**Your duties**:

- Processing and managing customer orders, quotes and enquiries over the phone
- Providing ad hoc support to the sales team and your own team members
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with internal and external customers
- Continuously focus on accurate data entry to ensure mínimal impact to the business
- Tracking deliveries and proactively communicating stock levels

**About you**:

- Experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Friendly and team oriented nature
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
