**So, what does the role look like?**
Reporting to the Hospitality Accountant, the Finance Administrator is responsible for the financial administration of both the Hotel, Spa and Events business units including accounts receivable, month end reporting, and financial analysis. You will manage the hotel complimentary accounts, the debtors ledger and deposit accounts, reconcile hotel commissions, and complete a range of accounting tasks in order to then assist in the production of monthly financial statements. You will also assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing support, reviewing outputs, and then providing recommendations to improve the performance.
**What you will look like?**
You will hold a Business Degree and ideally be looking to or studying towards a CPA/CA qualification. You will preferably have prior experience working in a finance or accounting support position and be both confident and competent in using both ERP and budgeting/forecasting systems. You will have high level attention to detail, strong numerical abilities and you will naturally deliver high quality work whilst meeting key reporting deadlines.
