Our client is an innovative and creative ready-to-drink business that creates lo-cal/lo-carb fun and delicious RTD’s and Seltzers. With high profile individuals leading from the front along with amazing product, creates the winning combination for success.

Due to exponential growth our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated sales representative from the liquor industry to join their head office team calling on Sydney CBD and inner suburbs.

Reporting through to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a geographical territory of established and potential new customers, across both the on and off premise channels.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships
- Manage existing customer base & uncover new opportunities
- Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Present, promote & sell products to all customers
- Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets
- Track sales/status reports in CRM
- Ensure promotions/activations are in line with company plan/catalogues
- Customer; Marketing, NPD, Contract negotiations
- Drive brand awareness through education
- Work as part of a broader team

**Ideal Experience**:

- Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go-getter attitude
- Self-motivated & comfortable working autonomously & in a team
- Previous experience in a similar role beverages or FMCG
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Passion for the premium spirit/category knowledge
- CRM experience desirable
- Relevant qualification desirable (business, commerce or marketing)
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create a journey plan & follow a call cycle
- Execute trade marketing strategies
