**Who are we?**

We are an exclusively growing mobile phone accessories and repair business with over 45 stores based across Australia. Our company looks for people who can grow, think, and deliver in an environment with rapid growth and constant change.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team. We’re on the hunt for positive, hardworking, and driven individuals who enjoy working towards and achieving goals.

**The roles and responsibilities**:

- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates.
- Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties
- Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
- Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hornsby, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
