**About the Role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our welcoming and growing ASA team If you are a skilled administrator who has excellent attention to detail, then this is the role for you
As a Client Support Officer, you will work to ensure that all administrative activities undertaken for clients are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Receive inbound calls from clients and handle general advice queries.
- Schedule sign-up meetings for consultants and advisers.
- Complete accurate data entry across all data points.
- Maintain database information through recording, matching and checking records.
- Complete general admin duties as required.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- Proven computer skills.
- A high level of administration skills with attention to detail.
- Good telephone skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets.
- Police Clearance is required
