**About the Business**

Our Safer Family Services team delivers a range of services, including intensive family support and multi-agency responses, to help children stay safely at home with their families and avoid the need for out-of-home care. They also help families with parenting support, workshops and connection to community events and initiatives to improve child safety and wellbeing.

**Role Details**

The Team Leader, Business Services is a role within Child and Family Support division and is accountable to the Manager, Business Services for:

- Developing, implementing and evaluating functions, projects and processes which deliver efficient and effective services to the Child and Family Support (CFS) division.
- Providing a high-quality business support service that supports service delivery across metropolitan and regional areas and is compliant with relevant policies, regulations and legislation.
- Providing leadership and coaching to staff to develop and maintain a high-performing business support team.

**Special Conditions**

National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).

**Role Status**: Term up to 30/10/2026

**Salary Range**: $98,478-$104,165 (ASO6)

**Location**: Adelaide
