As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive our partnership with the medical industry to new heights.

**Sales Manager Overview**:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Sales Team to achieve and exceed company goals. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the team's overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and motivate a high-performing Sales Team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns effectively.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with MBA
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
