As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and lead our sales team to new heights.

**Position Overview**:
As the Sales Manager at MISC. Parramatta, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, developing strategic plans, managing a talented sales team, and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our General Manager and other department heads to ensure we meet our sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans with clear targets and strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies as needed to stay ahead of market changes.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support to help team members achieve their goals.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.

**Sales Operations**:

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Oversee the use of our CRM system (Tripleseat), ensuring accurate data and efficient sales processes.

**Event Sales and Coordination**:

- Manage inbound and outbound event sales communications.
- Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of all events.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support sales efforts and ensure smooth operations.

**Quarterly Venue Audit**:

- Conduct quarterly audits of competitor venues and report findings to senior management.

**Bonus Structure**:
